Real Weddings
A collection of some of the weddings we've planned and coordinated throughout the years.
Each wedding is beautiful and unique... just like our clients.
Think Pink
Prepare to fall in love with this wedding that was accented by blush! The bridesmaids looked pretty in pink, following the bride's long veil that gracefully flowed behind her. She especially looked elegant cascading down a staircase to her groom for their first look, which was a touching moment to witness.

The groom and bride's love for each other and their loved ones was beautiful, and they shed tears both during the ceremony and the speeches (to be honest we did too!). They sat with their groomsmen and bridesmaids underneath sparkling chandeliers that lit up the room and reflected off of the blush and gold colors to create a heavenly glow upon the entire event.

Black and gold elegance
The historic Casa Feliz house in Florida came alive for Adeel and Anthony’s wedding with an abundance of white flowers, golden accents, and black gift boxes! Pearl White Events has planned other weddings at this lovely location, and we are amazed how one venue can be transformed to fit our client’s vision.

The background of the courtyard of Casa Feliz was decorated with white roses, vases with floating candles, and a chandelier with traces of gold on the chairs, charger plates, and hanging lights, setting a bold atmosphere. Also we’re totally in love with the cake, which is decorated with gold trim and gorgeous golden flowers that make this cake too stunning to eat. Want to see how this wedding was created? Once Upon a Fairy-tale Wedding...
Disney fans, get ready to fall in love with this wedding. When princess Elise and prince charming Ken got engaged, they knew they had to have a Disney fairytale wedding. Ken and Elise’s wedding looked like it came straight from a storybook with a horse-drawn carriage, Disney princesses, and of course, Mickey Mouse. The bride looked just like a princess in her ruffled dress and tiara! We especially loved the bride and bridesmaid's boquitees, which each had a Disney Princess Pin. The reception was held at Rosen Shingle Creek, in a ballroom so exquisite you would think it was from Cinderella’s castle!

To call the dessert table grand would be a huge understatement, as it was bursting with various chocolates, macaroons, donuts and a special disney cake that featured Mickey Mouse sprinkles. The couple could reign over their wedding at a table designed for royalty, decorated with several bouquets and vases of purple flowers and being touched with accents of gold on the tablecloth, candles, and chairs. After dancing till midnight, the couple made a grand exit in a horse-drawn carriage as they headed towards happily ever after.

Bohemian Garden Galore
Erika and Daniel’s rustic garden wedding was alive with greenery and joy that seems to jump from the pictures! They had their wedding Acre Orlando, and the photos are spectacular! The bride mixed up the usual wedding attire by wearing a short lace dress that had a burgundy flower belt, and she looked absolutely radiant in it!

Guests could find a colorful surprise at the desert table, which was a fun mix of mini cupcakes and macaroons. The couple cut their mini cake with wooden cutters that had their name and wedding date on it, which was an adorable way to remember their garden celebration! The couple had their first dance under a web of fairy lights as the sun set over their garden wedding.

Classic Modern Vintage
One of the best decorating features in weddings has to be the use of colors, especially if they are the bold gold and shades of dark red that Kim and Danny chose! The groom and groomsmen looked dashing in black suits with burgundy pocket squares, while bridesmaids wore varying shades of purple and red. The bride wore a fitted dress that was dazzled with silver sequins, and she rocked a dark shade of pink lipstick.

The backdrop for the ceremony was constructed out of dark wood, featured golden frames, and was topped off with cascading vines. However most stunning and eye-catching feature of the wedding had to be the couple's table with gold chairs and golden tablecloth, illuminated by a sea of candles.

Soft rustic charm at historic Casa Feliz
We can't get enough of this old Spanish farmhouse! Between it's lively courtyard and rustic details (look at those mosaic tiles!), it serves as the best backdrop for weddings. Against the worn brick, accents of purple and white set a playful atmosphere while the sunset reflected off of the bricks to set a dreamy photo shoot for the newlyweds. My favorite rustic element was the seating chart made of glass and wood, which was a great nod to the farmhouse's design. While the couple enjoyed their simple rose-topped cake, guests could visit the ice cream truck outside. And while Casa Feliz's history grows, this couple's story is just beginning.

Blush and Gold Romance
Highlights of pink, gold, and green highlighted this romantic yet modern wedding. After tying the knot at a gorgeous St. James Catholic Church in downtown Orlando, Melinda and David celebrated their first hours of marriage partying with friends and family at the Citrus Club. The couple and their guests wasted no time breaking out their best dance moves, and the groom even performed a dance routine with his groomsmen, much to the surprise and delight of the bride! Guests could then take a break from the dance floor and show off their funniest faces at a photo booth filled with props and masks.

Groom Dance
Two Ceremonies, One Love Story
Ryan and Catherine incorporated both Vietnamese and Western tradition in their weddings by having two ceremonies. Catherine wore a separate dress for each event, changing from a long-sleeve lace dress into a stunning ruffled ball gown. The groom wore a traditional outfit for the Vietnamese ceremony and changed into a suit with a pink bow tie, tying into the bride's blush bouquet.

A Super Cool Wedding
Did you know that Batman and Batgirl got married? Well, maybe not the fictional characters, but this super couple did! Robert and Teresa are huge superhero fans, so much so they decided that it would be the theme of their wedding. Even if you’re not a fan of superheros, you have to admit that this wedding is adorable and unique! The couple featured superheros in every detail of their wedding, including the menus, bridal party gifts, and drinks. The couple’s cake was a replica of Batman’s headquarters, and the bridesmaid’s and groomsmen’s gifts were mini replicas of superhero characters.

During the reception guests were given a special mission to create a special chant for their table to perform, and as expected, hilarity followed. The couple then gave one more massive challenge to their guests: Star in a music video that they would shoot in just one take. The guests accepted the challenge, and the stage was set. Two hundred and fifty guests, ten songs, one shot. The result was an epic music video that gained over two million views on YouTube and received even more views on social media. Robert and Teresa’s wedding was fun, whimsical and one we will never forget!

Southern Chic

Charity and Taff’s Southern Chic wedding stands out among the hundreds of weddings Pearl White has hosted due to its unique features and fun details. The bride wore not one, not two, but a grand total of three wedding dresses! She decided to not only wear a long laced dress and a short elegant dress, but also changed into an Ao dai, which is a traditional Vietnamese wedding dress. After suiting up, the groom and groomsmen passed the time by having a few friendly games of poker. After making her grand entrance to the ceremony in a horse-drawn carriage, the bride joined her groom underneath at a fence post surrounded by horses and large oak trees.
The reception was held at Lakeside Ranch underneath a covered patio styled with mason jars of flowers and fairy lights. As for the dessert table, because that’s one of the sweetest details of any wedding, guests could help themselves to candy jars and adorable mini pies. The couple’s cake featured a topper that was custom made to look like the bride and groom, and also had a replica of their ring-bearer dog as well! As the sun set, guests could take their smore gift baskets and toast a few marshmallows at the bonfire. After an evening of promises, pies, and dancing, the couple was sent off in a shower of sparklers.

Burning Red Love
Two graduates from the University of Florida decided to return to their beloved campus to tie the knot. Guests saw a breathtaking view of the surrounding forest through the large windows that lined the chapel at the university. The entire wedding flowed with red, from the roses on the gorgeous wedding cake to the bridesmaids’ dresses. The bride and groom even made a trip back to the UF campus to stroll down memory lane...and get cute pictures of course!
The fun continued into the reception, with the use of a seating chart styled as a periodic table of elements. Each guest was featured as an element on the “The periodic table of tables”, which was the most adorable way to include the couple’s love of science into the celebration. There’s no doubt that there’s chemistry between this couple! And what really takes the cake was...the cake! The three layer white wedding cake was adorned with fresh raspberries and flowers, and true to the theme of red, featured an array of roses.

Desert Glam
Michael and Liliana's Ballroom wedding was alive with fun, color, and cactus! The couple's reception, although inside a grand ballroom, brought nature indoors with their beautiful mini potted cactus and rose-topped cake. While the decorations were tiny, the colors were big and bold, with the color scheme consisting of aqua, pink and orange. The mood in the air was playful and fun, especially when the bride stole her father's cowboy hat during their dance together! The couple even was caught dancing with maracas on the dance floor, where the bride was able to twirl her mermaid-styled dress.

Modern Glam
Tia and Sang's wedding is glamorous! The chandeliers, dresses and vases spilling with vibrant flowers all are breathtaking and we cannot help but adore this beautiful wedding! This couple had western and Vietnamese ceremonies, then came together under a ceiling of flowers and sparkling chandeliers to celebrate. The bride wore a traditional Vietnamese dress that was a eye-catching turquoise color. Speaking of color, the couple's reception was filled with shades of pink, orange, and turquoise through their decorations, which included a balloon arch.

Navy and gold modern wedding at the Orlando Museum of Art
This wedding is truly a work of art! No really, it literally has art in it! Casey and Stuart's wedding was at the Orlando Museum of Art and the entire event was a masterpiece! Where do we even begin? The couple’s ceremony was in the museum's gallery, which was covered in beautiful paintings, sculptures, and a giant heart that served as the altar. In the middle of the room a giant hand blown glass sculpture spiraled and flowed up all the way up to the ceiling, catching on the light coming in through the windows.

In the reception, white lanterns hung above the dance floor, where the couple and their guests could party the night away. Even though there were gorgeous pieces of art behind them, Casey and Stuart looked at each other the entire time like they were the greatest work of art, and they truly were!

Estate Elegance
Who says tents are just for camping? Ana and Steve decided that they would have their wedding underneath a magnificent white tent at the Endicott Estate, topped with chandeliers and soft blue accents. For couples who want the outdoors but not the unexpected weather, tents are an excellent way to get the best of both worlds.

Not only was the tent amazing, but so was the bride's dresses. Ana wore a strapless mermaid gown for the ceremony and a cream colored fit and flair dress detailed with flowers for the reception. She topped off her enchanting look with a side braid that looked simple yet fabulous!

Love the bride's dress? Well you won't find it in any store because it's truly one of a kind. Sunshine and Seashells
Tina and Donald's beach wedding was sand, sunshine, and smiles. The couple said their vows on a beach in the Florida Keys, then celebrated with a luau complete with seashell centerpieces, tiki torches, and a fire dancer. These photos will make you want to break out your finest flip flops and head to the nearest beach!

Soft Blush Romance
We love beach weddings so much that we wanted to highlight another one! While our past beach wedding was bursting with a tropical color scheme, Helen and Joseph stuck to the classic blush. We're certainly blushing over this adorable couple, who are literally glowing with joy! Joseph's teary reaction to seeing his bride for the first time had us reaching for tissues. They had the cutest invitations, with painted versions of themselves and their dog on the cover. The groomsmen looked sharp in a navy blue and the bridesmaids rocked long blush dresses.

The wedding had a romantic and dreamy atmosphere thanks to to the blush napkins and gold charger plates as well as a simple yet beautiful flower centerpiece. We always look to use colors not only to decorate, but to set a mood for the event. Colors not only look good, but also are ways for couples to express themselves.

Love is Sweet
Thomas and Laura's wedding was a simple yet beautiful celebration of love that was touching to be a part of. Walking down the aisle is already such a emotional and intimate moment for a couple, but Laura decided to make it even more personal by singing to her groom as she walked to him. In the ceremony they symbolized their love through lighting a single candle together, which was a heartwarming way to represent marriage.

Once they made their love official they partied with their closest friends and family and brought out some sick moves on the dance floor! One of my favorite elements for this wedding was that Laura and Thomas had created a book filled with photos and memories to tell the story of their relationship. It was a beautiful way to remember their past as they create new memories together as husband and wife.
Advice from the Bride:
  • What is one mistake couples should avoid when planning their wedding?
  • "I would definitely recommend couples to focus spending most of their budget on areas that will last after the wedding is over. Avoid getting caught up on spending on unnecessary things and seek out help from an expert to guide you on how to spend your budget. From experience as a wedding planner I already knew what areas to invest most of our money into which was our photographer/video, catering and our honeymoon."
  •  Describe one detail of your wedding that was truly special to you and Thomas.
  •  "The most special and unique thing about our wedding was when I sang to Thomas as I walked down the aisle. He had no idea I was going to do that, and no-one knew except a few people. This was the very first time that I sang to him directly and dedicated a song to him. I was able to go to a studio and record the song and my self to have the track back me up as I sang to him down the aisle.  It was a beautiful, sentimental moment where I expressed all the love that I have for him on that monumental moment."
  •  What advice do you have for other couples?
  • "Get a wedding planner! Even though I am a planner and was able to do most of the planning, We could not have done it all with out the help of my PWE team members. They kept us in check of what was necessary and what was not as well as helped us with final vendor confirmations and month of preparations."
